Ezio
Valentini is the CEO of
ATC, a subsidiary of the
Hawk Group, the parent
company Ezio co-founded
in 1974. Ezio was born
and raised in a business
family with a presence
in the Northern Italy,
Southern Switzerland and
Austrian areas for many
generations. His father
was a real estate and
business owner and
broker who also operated
a consortium of
properties that produced
and distributed
agricultural product to
several countries in
central Europe. His
mother, an American-born
Austrian, managed the
family hotel in the
Italian Alps.
He received his
education in business,
real estate, hotel
administration and
finance in Europe and
worked in conjunction
with the family business
for many years. He began
doing business in the
U.S. in the 1960s. In
1974 he married

who became his business
partner. They formed the
Hawk Group, the parent
company of all subsidiaries
used to conduct business in
the U.S..

Ezio Valentini, a dual
citizen of the U.S. and
Italy, is a well-recognized
international businessman
with a diverse career in
several sectors with a
particular emphasis on real
estate. As an investor,
developer, syndicator,
broker, lender and project
manager he brought to many
of his projects important
innovations that contributed
to his reputation as a
creative entrepreneur and a
marketing and sales
specialist.
Ezio is a member of the
European Organization for
the Internationalization of
WIR (EOIW) an organization
with the objective of
bringing a commercial
operation, modeled after
Switzerland’s WIR Bank
Cooperative, to the 16
European countries that have
the Euro as their official
currency.
Ezio, for several years, has
directed the research and
development of a project
designed to bring to the
American marketplace a
system similar to the one
developed and perfected by
Switzerland’s WIR Bank
Cooperative. It uses new and
innovative methods to
generate business by the use
of asset-backed Trade
Credits which provide a new
source of credit and
financing and a dynamic
method to monetize assets.

Dimitri Hallerbach, President and COO

Dimitri
brings a wealth of business experience and extensive
analytical skills to the American Trade Cooperative and the
International Real Estate Equity Xchange. After receiving
bachelors and masters degrees in Civil Engineering from
Stanford University, Dimitri worked as an engineer for
Bechtel National in San Diego for four years, where he led
projects on a $280 million Navy contract.
Realizing that his interests
lay more with business and real estate than engineering,
Dimitri left Bechtel to attend Harvard Business School,
where he received an MBA. He focused on technology
marketing, general management and entrepreneurial ventures.

Dimitri then spent seven years
at Intuit in Reno as a Senior
Product Manager, where he led
the product strategy and
development for one of Intuit’s
business payroll services
(annual sales of ~$40 million) activities.
Dimitri joined Thomas Clark Real
Estate, one of Reno’s most
respected commercial real estate
firms. He managed the
commercial brokerage office and
specialized in purchases, sales
and leases of a wide range of
commercial properties.
As
the President and Chief
Operating officer for American
Trade Cooperative (ATC) and the
International Real Estate Equity
Xchange (IREEX), Dimitri is
responsible for
defining and implementing ATC
and IREEX's growth strategies.

Rebecca
Valentini, a Utah native, in
1974 co-founded, with her
husband and business partner
Ezio Valentini, the Hawk Group
and has been involved in all
business activities of the
company and its subsidiaries for
the last 36 years.
In addition to her duties as a
decision-making partner and in charge of administration and
finance duties, she is responsible for the support operation
and takes an active part in the sales operation of the
companies. Rebecca also works closely with software analysts
and developers to meet the company’s technology needs.

Hubler, Vice

Lee Hubler received his Business
degree from Miami-Dade Community
College in Miami Florida and has
had a successful career in
finance, real estate and sales
and marketing fields. His
experiences in real estate
lending included positions with
Citifinance Mortgage and AAmes
Home Loan in Greensboro NC.
His management experience
includes various positions with
Waterfront Properties in
Charlotte NC, a real estate
master-planned communities
developer and as a Sales Manager
for Embassy Suites Vacation
Resort in South Lake Tahoe,
California. He is an
experienced sales and marketing
specialist with knowledge in

Jeanne Hubler,
Vice
President Sales

Jeanne Hubler
was educated at Palomar
Community College, San
Marcos and Lake Tahoe
Community College. She has
had an extensive career in
real estate, finance and
sales and marketing.
Her experience included
extensive experience in real
estate sales, management as
well as having successfully
performed in various
management positions in the
vacation ownership sector
and resort sales.

Sales Executive
